Steps To Reproduce:
1.Create category
2.Create sub category
3.Create prob class, priority , phase deadline
4.assign category to concern form
5.Create a new concern using created cat and sub cat and submit
6.ps setup → sub category
7.Select sub category
8.Click on delete
9.observe result
10.Other setup

Description
1.Sub category is deleted for which new concern has been created
expected : should display dependency message
2.When sub category is deleted all the other setup related to sub category is deleted
