Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditor
2. Click on perform audit link from menu
3. Click on any one audit hyperlink
4. Click on Upload NC/OFI button
5. Click on Green button to request training
6. Click on date picker on "Date Compiled" field
7. Observe the result
