1)Log in as project manager
2)Open the project
3)Attach input document for the deliverable
4)Now log in as Resource
5)Open the project
6)Click on Input document
7)Observe the result

Description

Regression: When clicking on the input document link as a resource, it shows " no access" alert.

1)After replacing the user and clicking on the document link it shows no access alert
2)When attaching the document using copy deliverable then it is not displaying the document, it shows the no access alert.
