Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Boss forms tab.
3. Click on TBT form menu.
4. Select the existing for,.
5. Click on delete and observe the result.

Description

1. While deleting the TBT form from the list shows error and not getting deleted.

2. Usability: Need check All check boss to select all to delete.

3. In TBT form, Open new form, TBT report and TBT form detail bread crumb labels in the form listing page is missing.
