Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to EwQIMS Application.
2. Click on Users menu - Click on Users submenu.
3. Click on new button.
4. ENter all information.
5. Uncheck the "enable language preference" option.
6. Click on save button.
7. Log in with that user credentials.
8. Click on the user logo.
9. Observe the option.
