Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to EwQIMS Application.
2. Click on Users menu - Click on Users submenu.
3. Click on Add button.
4. Enter all the mandate details - Click on save button.
5. Observe the Mailbox.

Customize email messages- Authorization request email is not able to generate.

Authorization email is not batch manager email they are spot mails. And the email is getting generated. This is not an issue.

In Cycle 4 this issue occurs for both emails.
