Closed Out and Auditee Corrective Actions -> Problem on showing Multiple audits on same date for an audit program / audit type

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as scheduler
2. Create couple of actual audit with same date and time
3. Login as auditor
4. Click on perform audit link
5. Complete any one audit first and submit to auditee(This audit is visible in auditee-corrective actions and closed out)
6. Now submit audit result for another audit
7. Go to auditee corrective actions and closed out list
8. The latest submitted audit wont display

Description

Closed Out and Auditee Corrective Actions -> These pages are not showing the latest audit if the audit scheduled on same date and time(Multiple audits on same day for an auditor and auditee)

Expeceted: Both audits should display
