Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as auditor
2. Click on Perform audit link from menu
3. Click on any one audit cycle / auditee hyperlink
4. Click on add button under audit attachment tab
5. Select attachment type as "UnControlled"
6. Enter the data
7. Click on save button

Description
Error message displayed as "Procedure or function 'AuSaveAuditAttachment_sp' expects parameter '@Comments', which was not supplied." when try to save with uncontrolled type.
Same problem identified in chrome browser
