Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA Module administrator
2. Click on Report tab
3. Publish any Report as "PDF", "Excel" & "HTML"
4. Click on Doc pro Module
5. Click on Document
6. Right click on Document Number
7. Click on Revision History Summary
8. Click all the document
9. Observe the Result
