Perform audit for Customer -> Problem on uploading audit result for "Customer Audit"

1. Login as auditor
2. Click on perform audit link from menu
3. Click on audit cycle / auditee hyperlink
4. Observe the result

Description

Perform audit -> The following problems are there in Firefox browser

1. Perform audit -> Upload audit result button is not displayed
2. Audit Forms -> Assigned audit forms are not getting displayed. Only loading is displayed
3. Uploaded Audit Result -> The tab displaying is "Loading"
