Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Interested Party Expectation tab.
3. Click on Alignment chart.
4. Select expectation category.
5. Assign Result KPI, Key Process and Process KPI.
6. Right Click on Key process and add eisk form.
7. Open the risk form.
8. Fill in all the details and select responsible person.
9. Observe the result.

Description
In Simple risk Form, cant able to add the responsible person. After selecting the user displays number instead of name, also after refresh the selected user is getting removed.
