Groups - Access Rigths - when Checking all the sub elements in a group, thre parent element is checked , but on saving the parent element is not checked.

Steps To Reproduce:

Click on new
Select access rights
Select all the sub elements
Uncheck any of the sub element
Parent element will not be saved
Select all the sub elememt and click on save
The parent element will not checkd after refresh
