1.Legends are incorrect need to be changed(refer old possible cause form attached)

Blue - Undetermined , green - root cause , red - not root cause , orange - sub category

2.Cause not displayed for people , measurement , environment

3.user able to choose both radio button all cause and active cause

4.multiple cause are not listed for each cause category eg: only 2 cause is shown for environment

5.cause character lenghth is more arrow disappears

6. cocnern title block should be bigger , (check screenshot)

7.all cause should display all causes , active cause should display undetermined , root cause and sub category (refer old possible cause functionality)
