Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Auditor.
2. Go to Perform Audit Page.
3. Click on not performed Audit.
4. Click on upload audit records.
5. Upload Audit records.
6. Click on Upload.
7. Observe the Uploaded Audit result tab.
