Steps To Reproduce:
1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Click on Module icon
6.Click on AQuAPro
7.Change the Language into Spanish
8.Click on Main Menu
9.Select the PI -> Select PFMEA Document
10.Right-Click to Select the Create Report Option
11.Set the Criteria for Filtering the Reports and Click on OK Button
12.Expand the Process FMEA Document -> Open the Created Report
13.Oberve the Results
