Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in as Auditor.
2. Go to Corrective Action Closeout Page.
3. Pick any of the Audit yet to be closed out.
4. Click on Findings number.
5. Click Yes for Both verification and Validation.
6. Click OK in validation msg.
7. go to Perform Audit menu.
8. Click on Closed out Audit and observe
