SP810 - QA build

1. Login as admin
2. Click on audit program link from menu
3. Click on new audit program button
4. Create new audit program and save it
5. Click on assign audit types and forms tab
6. Map any one audit type with program
7. Right click on mapped cell
8. Click on + button
9. Create audit form name
10. Click on add button
11. Click on attach from DocPro tab
12. Enter the search input in search field
13. Select the search input as Search By Folder or Search by document name
14. Click on search button
15. Clear the search input
16. Click on search button or collapse all button
17. Observe the result
