Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to EwQIMS Application.
2. Click on Setup menu - Click on Entity submenu.
3. Click on Site name link.
4. Click on Assign process button.
5. Click on search button.
6. Click on checkbox and right click on it.
7. Click on Delete icon and observe the alert message on screen.
