Steps To Reproduce:

1)Log in as project manager
2)Open the project
3)Click on User replacement icon
4)Select the user to replace
5)Click on done button
6)Observe the result

Description

1)After replacing the user it shows failed and user is not replaced.
2)clicking refresh button it shows blank page after the user replacement.
3)Again opening the project shows the task with the replaced user name.
