Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login into EwQIMS
2.Click on Problem solver module
3.Actions→New Concern
4.Click on attach files
5.Attach a image file
6.Click on done
7.Click on save
8.Again got to new concern page
9.Try to delete the issue
9.Observe the result
