Steps To Reproduce:
1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Select the PI and Goto Block Diagram and click on Show P-Diagram
6.In P-Diagram enter all the input fields and check the checkbox
7.Goto DFMEA Document
