1)Log in as project manager
2)Open the project
3)Select the deliverable
4)Attach aqua document.
5)Publish for second revision
6)Observe the result

Description

AQUA attachment: Not able to verify the revision documents for aqua attachments.

Not able to give access rights for the users as the "Access users" page is displayed blank.
