closedMulti site: Plant Configuration--> Equipment--> Attached document not displaying in the Edit screen. When a user tries to Click on the upload button, it does not display the alert message.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator with Multi site rights
2. Click on TPM setup tab
3. Click on Plant Configuration Menu
4. Click on Equipment as Category
5. Click on New button
6. Enter the Mandatory field
7. Click on Upload button
8. Attach a file
9. Click on Save button
10. Again click on Created Equipment
11. Observe the Upload field
