1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Setup tab.
3. Click on Business Rule menu.
4. Observe the available options.

This is not needed in HRPRO. And is included in BOSS. This is not an issue.

Qa is closing this issues as per Developer comments, "The reminder for expectations will be generated based on target date and frequency given and there is no any reminder settings in Boss as well"
