Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Suite Admin.
2. Go to Suite landing page.
3. Click on Setup tab.
4. Click on Entity Menu.
5. Click on any of the entity.
6. Observe the available fields.

In Entity Page, Approval Route field is missing, Without this route selection, cant able to verify Publish for Performance Review rating
