Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as Maintenance Person Rights
2. Click on Activities tab
3. Click on PM Calendar Menu
4. Click on Assigned WO
5. Click on Definition Code
6. Select the Activity status as "Not Ok" and select the Date
7. Observe the Result
