1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Select the PI and Goto Operational Situation, Insert Empty Rows and click on Refresh button

In http://192.168.100.54/EwQIMS_Inst3 (Existing DB) Server issue is not fixed but in blank DB (http://192.168.100.54/EwQIMS_Inst1) issue fixed. Hence changing the status to Not Resolved.
