Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Activities tab
3. Click on PM Calendar
4. Click on Assigned WO
5. Click on Spare Part Request Icon
6. Select the Store Keeper
7. Click on Add button
8. Select the Item from the drop down list
9. Enter the Quantity
10. Click on Save button
11. Observe the Result
12. Click on Send Request
13. Observe the Result
