Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login to module as admin
2)Create a equipment type
3)click on equipment
4)right click on entity and select assembly
5)fill all the mandatory fields
6)click on save
7)click on checklist
8)enter checklist info and expand the + string to add checkpoint
9)observe
