Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Transaction tab
3. Click on CBM Menu
4. Click on New button
5. Select the Equipment, Date and Shift
6. Enter the Value below to minimum or above to maximum
7. Observe the Alert message
8. Click on Ok button
9. Observe the Alert message
