Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Interested party expectation tab.
3. Click on goals and objective menu.
4. Click on deploy goals and objective menu.
5. Select deploy to as Position.
6. Deploy expectations to position.
7. Select any user from that position.
8. Observe the expectation list.
