8.Click on Receiving Inspection Menu
9.Click on Inspection Entry Link
10.Enter the Values in the Mandatory fields
11.Click on Submit Button
12.Enter the Values in the opened Inspection Form Sheet
13.Right-Click to Publish the Inspection Sheet
14.Again Right-Click to Publish the Inspection Sheet for 2nd Revision
15.Observe the Results
