Edge: Cant able to create new entity, there is no response from system while clicking on save button.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to setup tab.
3. Click on Entity tree menu.
4. Right click on corporate and select new entity.
5. Enter entity name.
6. Make is a site as "NO".
7. Click on save and observe
