closedEquipment Part Production: Once the Part production detail is saved, system will display Part losses list. When a user tries to enter the value, it display alert like "Event is not defined".

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Transaction tab
3. Click on Equipment Part Production Menu
4. Click on New button
5. Select the Part produced Row
6. Click on Edit button
7. Select the Time and Qunatity
8. Click on Save button
9. Select the Part
10. Enter the Value in Availability losses
11. Observe the Error
