Equipment: Equipment Info--> While editing the In Use and Not in Use status, the Edited Release and Reason getting saved, but it does not showing the Alert message

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM setup tab
3. Click on Equipment Menu
4. Select the Equipment which is in "Not in Use"
5. Change the Status to "In Use"
6. Enter the Release date and Remark
7. Click on Save button
8. Observe the Equipment Info screen
9. Change the status to "Not in Use"
10. Click the save button
11. Observe the Equipment Info screen
