Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM setup tab
3. Click on Equipment Menu
4. Select the Equipment
5. Change the status to "Discard from Asset"
6. Click on save button
7. Observe the Alert message
8. Observe the Equipment in Tree structure
9. Enter the Equipment code in search text box
10. Observe the Result
