Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on TPM Setup tab
3. Click on Equipment Menu
4. Select the Equipment
5. Change the status from In use to "Not in use" and "Discard from assest"
6. Observe the screen
