Equipment(Not in Use): When a user tries to save the Equipment which is in "Not in Use" status, it displays alert like "Are you sure want to Delete" and "Deleted Successfully".

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Moduel Administrator
2. Click on Activities tab
3. Click on Equipment Menu
4. Select the Created Equipment
5. Change the Status from "In use" to "Not in Use"
6. Click on Save button
7. Observe the Alert
8. Observe the Equipment detail in Tree structure
9. Refresh the screen
10. Observe the Equipment detail in Tree structure
11. Search the Equipment
12. Observe the Equipment

Description

Equipment(Not in Use):
Issue 1: When a user tries to save the Equipment which is in "Not in Use" status, it displays alert like "Are you sure want to Delete" and "Deleted Successfully".

Issue 2: When the Equipment is Not in Use, it displays "Inactive", when refresh the page it displays like "Active".

Issue 3: When searching the "Not in Use" Equipment, it displays like "Active" status
