Steps To Reproduce:

1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Select the PI and click on VDA Design menu
6.Goto Function Analysis menu and in cause right click and add Risk and Optimization
7.Goto Aquapro and open the DFMEA Document
