1)Login to module as admin
2)click on audit program
3)click on new audit program
4)delete the created audit program
5)now click on delete
6)observe

Description

In Audit program Delete validation is displaying even after nothing is selected

Note the same issue is exists in NC category screen and happening same across the module where ever delete is applicable
