In HQ Process Summary check-sheet, if the score is not given while filling the Fill checklist, the score is showing in minus.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Auditor.
2. Go to Auditor tab.
3. Click on perform audit menu.
4. Enter the checklist without score
5. Click on HQ report and observe
