Plant Configuration: When clicking on Required Spare Part icon, the details of selected CBM Activity getting deleted.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM setup tab
3. Click on Plant Configuration Menu
4. Select Category as "Equipment"
5. Click on New button
6. Enter the Mandatory field
7. Select the Activity as "CBM"
8. Select the Row and Click on Edit button
9. Click on Required Spare Part Icon
10. Enter the Required Quantity
11. Click on Save button
12. Observe the field

Plant Configuration: When clicking on Required Spare Part icon, the details of selected CBM Activity getting deleted and again need to click on Edit Icon for enter the details.
