Document Management - system is saving the document even for wrong URL. But when the focus is in Url text field is displays correct alert.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Document management menu from Setup tab
4.Enter wrong Url in "Web Service URL to access external Document Management System" field and Click save
5.Click outside the field and click save
6.Observe the result
