Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as Module Administrator
2. Click on Transaction tab
3. Click on Equipment Part Production Menu
4. Click on New Button
5. Select the Mandatory field
6. Select the Parts Row
7. Click on Edit button
8. Click on From time
9. Observe the Load time

Description

Equipment Part Production: While selecting the From Time, it displays "NaN" in Load Time field. It should display the value as "0".
