Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Interested Party expectation.
3. Click on Vision mission menu.
4. Click on vision and save the data.
5. Click on Attach icon.
6. attach a document.
7. Click on attached document and observe

Description

Cant able to view the attachment in Vision mission page. Clicking on hyper link shows 404 error.
