Manufacturer - While deleting the manufacturer which is used in some other modules it is allowing the user to delete it. Not displaying any alert message as "Dependency exist".

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login to EwQIMS Application.

2) Click on System menu -> Click on Manufacturer submenu.

3) Create the manufacturer -> Assign that manufacturer in TPM module.

4) Delete the assigned manufacturer

5) Observe the screen.

(Safari ) manufacturer - While deleting the manufacturer which is used in some other modules it is allowing the user to delete it. Not displaying any alert message as "Dependency exist".
