Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login to EwQIMS Application.

2) Click on Setup menu -> Click on Process/Activities submenu.

3) Click on Site/Entity(+) icon -> Click on Search button.

4) Right click on Process/Entity -> Click on delete icon.

5) Observe the screen.
