Users - In User creation page, on clicking picture icon it is displaying the cursor in the middle of page and clicking on window other than ADD files button it is allowing to select the file from local system.

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login to EwQIMS Application.

2) Click on Users menu -> click on users link.

3) Click on picture icon -> Observe the cursor on window.

4) Click on that part and observe the file selection window.
