Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Administrator settings menu from Setup tab
4.change the Password format as Alphabet or Numeric and Save
5.Now go to Preference Page and Change the Password and Click Save
6.Observe the result
