closedGroups (Social Media) - On clicking groups page in social media layout, if we click on (+) icon of access rights then it disables the close, settings, and maximize icons.

Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login to EwQIMS Application.
2) Select the module as MSA Pro -> Click on Users menu -> Click on Preferences submenu -> Click on Layout drop down -> Select social media and click on save button.
3) Click on more options link -> Click on MSA Tab.
4) Click on Groups menu.
5) Click on (+) icon of access rights and observe the screen.
